2024 Sustainability Report release – Advancing Health, Protecting Our Future

  • Our 2024 Sustainability Report reflects the tangible progress we’ve made in translating our sustainability vision into action. This year, we advanced our climate initiatives, strengthened diversity in our leadership team, and deepened our focus on the issues that matter most to our stakeholders. The report highlights our key achievements and details how we’re aligning our operations with our sustainability goals. It also reinforces our dedication to transparency and ongoing improvement as we continue to do our part for the health of our communities and the planet.
OUR ACTIONS
Raising awareness among the medical profession

In collaboration with the Comité français de lutte contre l’hypertension artérielle French Committee against Hypertension (CFLHTA), we conducted a survey of over 300 general practitioners to assess the current state of hypertension management.

Commitment within our industry

The LXO Group is a member and contributor to LEEM and AMLIS, and each year participates in a number of initiatives within these organisations.

Social impact through charity work

We continued our efforts to raise awareness by taking part in various initiatives: Pink october (to raise awareness of breast cancer) and the Course des Héros, in aid of charities.

Digitalization and reducing emissions

LXO is pushing ahead with dematerialisation both externally, with regulatory organims, customers and partners, and internally, with our employees: digitalization of procedures, invoices, collaborative tools, payslips, agreements and contracts.

Zero tolerance policy towards corruption

Our employees adhere to a strict code of conduct and robust anti-corruption policies. We also have a code of ethics in place for all our suppliers.

Independence and proximity to patients …
it is important today to think about
tomorrow’s healthcare system
