A committed and responsible group that goes beyond words by taking concrete actions

Our approach to Sustainability

Sustainability has always been integral to LXO’s operations. With our acquisition by Stanley Capital in 2022, this commitment has deepened into a strategic priority. We have consistently pursued sustainability, enhancing our performance through targeted actions. These steps underscore our ongoing dedication to sustainability excellence.

Our people-first approach to sustainable healthcare drives continuous sustainability improvement by empowering employees and promoting individual responsibility. We cultivate talent and well-being while embedding sustainability and environmental responsibility into every aspect of our operations.

  • Exciting changes ahead! We're currently revamping our sustainability strategy to bring you even more impactful initiatives. While we put the finishing touches on it, dive into our current actions and grab your copy of the 2023 Sustainability Report right here at the page's end!
OUR ACTIONS
Raising awareness among the medical profession

In collaboration with the Comité français de lutte contre l’hypertension artérielle French Committee against Hypertension (CFLHTA), we conducted a survey of over 300 general practitioners to assess the current state of hypertension management.

Commitment within our industry

The LXO Group is a member and contributor to LEEM and AMLIS, and each year participates in a number of initiatives within these organisations.

Social impact through charity work

We continued our efforts to raise awareness by taking part in various initiatives: Pink october (to raise awareness of breast cancer) and the Course des Héros, in aid of charities.

Digitalization and reducing emissions

LXO is pushing ahead with dematerialisation both externally, with regulatory organims, customers and partners, and internally, with our employees: digitalization of procedures, invoices, collaborative tools, payslips, agreements and contracts.

Zero tolerance policy towards corruption

Our employees adhere to a strict code of conduct and robust anti-corruption policies. We also have a code of ethics in place for all our suppliers.

Independence and proximity to patients …
it is important today to think about
tomorrow’s healthcare system
