LXO Group recently marked its 10th anniversary with a plenary session and gala bringing together teams from across the organization — a moment to reflect on a decade of progress and align on the path ahead.
Under the theme “À pas de géant – By Leaps and Bounds,” the event celebrated LXO’s evolution while setting a clear direction for the future. Through photos, archives, and video testimonials, participants revisited the people, milestones, challenges, and successes that have defined the company’s journey.
The leadership team also shared key achievements and strategic priorities as LXO advances toward its 2030 target, reaffirming a commitment to bold, responsible, and sustainable growth.
Founded with a mission to support patient health by ensuring continued access to clinically proven medicines, LXO Group has grown into a global company with:
- Presence in more than 80 countries across four continents
- A portfolio of 21 products in key therapeutic areas
- A team of over 60 professionals across three offices
- Revenue growth from €2 million in 2015 to approximately €85 million in FY24
